What You Need to Know

RC Car Specifications

We focus on a wide range of RC car types to keep the competition diverse and exciting. Here's a breakdown of what we run:

  • 1/8th Scale: Buggies and Truggies (Electric and Nitro)
  • 1/10th Scale:
    • Short Course Trucks (2WD and 4x4)
    • Buggies (2WD and 4x4)
    • Stadium Trucks
    • Mini Truggies
    • Novice adult and kids

1/10th Scale Class Restrictions: All 1/10th scale classes (excluding Short Course, Mini Truggy and Mod Buggy) must run a 13.5t brushless motor (maximum). 2-cell LiPo batteries only.

1/8th Scale Battery Restrictions: 4-cell LiPo batteries only.

Important Race Rule: Reverse must be disabled during races. Using reverse will result in a lost lap.

RC Oval Car Specifications

We focus on a wide range of RC car types to keep the competition diverse and exciting. Here's a breakdown of what we run:

  • 1/10th Scale: Oval Cars
    • Street Stock
    • Outlaw Sprint
    • Outlaw Mod
    • Traxxas Slash Modified
    • Losi 22S Sprint
    • 4x4 Short Course
    • Novice

Stock Class Restrictions: must follow motor limits of 17.5t or 13.5t depending on class choice

Slash Mod and Losi 22S must be stock as they come out of the box with only modifications allowed being Transmitters and Steering Servos  

Battery Restrictions: 2cell Lipo only
